Curious. Grounded. Still a little dangerous with a good idea.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked with people and organizations to help ideas take shape and move forward. My work spans strategy, design, writing, and creative development, and is grounded in an iterative process — one that values experimentation, feedback, and learning as much as outcomes.

I spent 17 years leading a boutique creative agency, collaborating across industries and disciplines. Over time, I chose to step away from the agency model and work independently — not to do more, but to work with greater intention, focus, and room to explore.

Alongside my independent practice, I remain closely connected to large-scale, complex work in the human-centered technology space. Being embedded in that environment keeps my thinking sharp and grounded, informed by real constraints, real users, and real-world feedback.

In parallel, I maintain a creative practice centered on writing and studio projects. It’s where ideas are pushed, pulled apart, reassembled, and sometimes left unfinished — all part of the same design loop. I believe progress comes from staying open, paying attention, and allowing ideas to improve through use, insight, and iteration.
